Loblolly Farm, located in Semmes, Alabama, is South Alabama’s newest and most expansive special events center.
Inspired by the rolling hills of Virginia’s horse country, Loblolly Farm is the ideal setting for:

The Holly Field
Room to Play
If room to move in a rustic setting is what your special event needs then The Holly Field is where you wish to be. This three acre corner of lush, green grass lined with beautiful rows of loblolly pines, a 3,200 square foot pavilion and rustic fence stands alone at Loblolly Farm.
The Holly Field is home to Movie Night at Loblolly Farm as well as several other large scale events throughout the year.
Chapel O' The Pines
As Rustic as it Gets
The Chapel O’ The Pines was carved into a lush Loblolly Pinetree plantation to provide a unique and intimate setting among the trees.
If you are looking for a simple and rustic ceremony, the Chapel is the perfect spot.
Foundry Barn
Simply Charming
This charming barn is one of the original structures of Loblolly Farm. It is ideal for small weddings and parties.
Lakeside Pavilion
Lake Nikki
The most premier site at Loblolly Farm offers a gorgeous 3,400 square foot pavilion, vintage light ?xtures, and a stairway leading down to the Lakeside Terrace. This location is the perfect setting for a stunning outdoor ceremony, with a beautiful deck on the Lake. This site is perfect for larger weddings and receptions and elegant dinner parties.

The Bride’s Room
Bridal Suite
A private space, located at the Lakeside Pavilion, for the Bride and her Bridal party to relax as they prepare for the big day. This room accomodates up to 12 people, seated.
Amenities include: A full granite vanity for up to 5 people, ample lighting, electrical outlets, cell phone charging station, private access to Women’s Restroom, direct access to the Lakeside Pavilion for ceremony entrance.
The Tack Room
Groom's Suite
A private ideal for hanging out and relaxing while waiting for the ceremony to begin. This space accomodates up to 10 people, seated. Included with this space is air conditioning, ample lighting, and use of the Foundry Barn.

Photographers are welcome at Loblolly Farm!
Whether you want to set up sessions for your client’s family, wedding, or bridal portraits, there is a beautiful backdrop for everyone. If your expertise is landscapes, there are plenty of amazing sunrises and sunsets on the horizons.
If you are interested in photo sessions at The Loblolly, please contact us to schedule your appointment.
Photography sessions are $60.00 per hour and must be scheduled during hours of operation (8 am to 4 pm, Tuesday – Saturday).
Annual rates and late hours are offered to Sapphire Project Members only.

The Sapphire Project was started as a way to thank the dedicated supporters of Loblolly Farm and the photographers that share its beauty with everyone they know.
The project is primarily focused on the maintenance and upkeep of the Carolina Sapphire Tree plantations at Loblolly Farm. Members of the Sapphire Project are provided benefits that include free admission to Loblolly Farm events, including movie nights and picnics, unlimited sessions (as long as no conflicting events are on the schedule).
Sapphire Project Membership costs $150.00 per year.
